Board Box Inc ("Board Box," "we," "us") uses third-party subprocessors to support delivery of the Service and to process Customer Personal Data on behalf of Customers.
A "subprocessor" is a third party we engage to process Customer Personal Data in order to provide the Service (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, customer support tools, or AI processing providers).
A current list of our subprocessors is available upon request. To request the list, email privacy@boardbox.ai with the subject line: "Request for subprocessor list."
Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement with data-protection and security obligations that are no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), and we remain responsible for our subprocessors' performance as required by applicable law and our DPA.
We may update our subprocessors from time to time. If you are a Customer and would like email notifications about updates, email privacy@boardbox.ai with the subject line: "Subscribe to subprocessor updates."
We will provide advance notice of material subprocessor changes consistent with our DPA. If you are a Customer and object to a new or replacement subprocessor, contact privacy@boardbox.ai and we will work with you in accordance with the DPA.
